Litigation Risks of AI and the Metaverse
AI and the Metaverse is a new and mysterious world to risk managers, lawyers, and insurance companies. This program will demystify the technology and explore some of the real-world implications for actions that happen online and through the use of Artificial Intelligence. We will review the technology, the risk exposures arising from AI and the Metaverse, and discuss what can be done to insure against these and other types of emerging technology risks.
