Resolving Claims through Facts, Rather than Expert Opinion

Expert opinions contradict one another in every claim. That fog of conflicting opinions can be cleared by focusing on facts, instead of opinions. For example, the following premises have failed scientific scrutiny:

  • The premise that injury causes chronic pain
  • The premise that mild traumatic brain injury causes persistent impairment
  • The premise that civilian adult life events cause PTSD or other mental illness

Attendees will learn how to move litigation away from opinions and toward reality.
