Claims Professional members are encouraged to apply for a Professional Education Scholarship to attend select claimsXchange events. A limited number of scholarships are awarded, and each is valid for in-person attendance only.

Professional Education Scholarships are administered by claimsXchange and are not affiliated with, or attributable to, any individual sponsor. They are intended for professionals who would not otherwise be able to attend.

Professional Education Scholarship Award:

  • One (1) complimentary registration to a specific claimsXchange event.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be a claimsXchange member in good standing.
  • Generally limited to five (5) recipients per company.
  • Priority may be given to first-time scholarship recipients.
  • Awarded based on demonstrated need, commitment to attend, and availability of funding.
  • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis while scholarship funds remain available.

Cancellation Policy:

All scholarship cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] no later than 10 days prior to the event. Accepting a Professional Education Scholarship is a commitment to attend the program. Because scholarship funds are limited and reserved specifically for the recipient, unexplained no-shows or late cancellations (after the 10-day deadline) may result in ineligibility for future scholarship consideration. Recipients with a documented emergency or other unforeseen circumstances may request an exception to this policy; please notify claimsXchange as soon as possible.

The scholarship promotional code is valid only for the awarded recipient and may not be shared with any other individual. If the code is shared, claimsXchange reserves full discretion to revoke the scholarship. Eligibility for future scholarships remains at the sole discretion of claimsXchange.
